By accessing or using The Overseer (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Use of the service

The Service is provided for lawful, personal and informational use. You agree not to misuse it, including by attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at a scale that degrades availability for others, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

No warranty and intelligence disclaimer

The Service aggregates third-party, open-source data and is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Information may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate or unavailable.

Nothing on The Overseer constitutes verified intelligence or professional financial, legal, security or travel advice. Do not rely on it for safety-critical, operational, navigational or investment decisions.

Intellectual property

The Overseer name, design and original software are the property of their respective owners. Underlying data, news and media remain the property of their original sources and are used for aggregation and attribution.

Third-party data and links

The Service displays data, media and links from third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Overseer and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any data presented through it.

Changes to the service and terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service, and may update these terms, at any time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
